1. Vision & Inform
The first step is to inform, inspire and motivate to get everyone involved. We hold seminars, for instance on how working life is changing (present our trend reports), why this is the case, and how this will affect the individual and the company. You are also welcome to visit our showrooms for further inspiration.
2. Research
First we give a workshop. Then follow analyses by means of various tools, which indicate occupancy rate, work patterns and your needs and wishes. The results are summarised in a report on which the design of your workplace will be based.

3. Result & Strategy
On the basis of the review, we now know your occupancy rate, work patterns, staff requirements and wishes, and level of focus. We present the results to you and interpret them jointly with you. From the results we create a vision which forms the basis for the next step. Then we discuss, together with you and your team, how you want to design your new workplace.
4. Interior design solution
We propose an interior design solution that suits your needs and business. Any alterations to the proposal are carried out, and when you are fully satisfied you can place an order for your new workplace.
5.Implementation
We aim to always use our own delivery fitters to deliver and install your new working environment. We give you service based on experience and care plus sustainably focused transportation, which means you avoid having to deal with waste packaging. Instead of single-use packaging, we use blankets to wrap and protect the majority of our products. We re-use these blankets over and over again.
6. AFTERCARE
When your new office has been up and running for a
minimum of six months we make a post-analysis,
investigating and evaluating the results in comparison
to your vision and objectives. We also compare existing
data to the ones from your former office.
